Your Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a critical role in driving our growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, helping build strong relationships and expand our pipeline of opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Qualify Leads – Identify potential clients and engage them through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Generate Pipeline – Set up high-quality meetings for our sales team by understanding customer needs and pain points.
- Pitch & Present – Communicate the value of our AI-driven HR solutions to decision-makers.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.
- Track Performance – Manage CRM records, track KPIs, and continuously improve outreach strategies.
- Stay Ahead – Keep up with industry trends to refine messaging and maximize engagement.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a lead generation or outbound prospecting role.
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and outbound tools (Salesloft, Outreach).
- A proactive mindset—you’re eager to learn, iterate, and optimize outreach efforts.
- Resilience, urgency, and a passion for sales growth.
